| 11) | Remarks | a) Tenders must be submitted before 12:00 noon on the closing date of the tender, any submission after closing time will not be considered. b) If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in force at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the closing date of the tender as stated above, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12:00 noon on the first working day after the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal has ceased to be in effect or the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is lowered. c) Shining Social Services Limited does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender (or the highest score for a tender adopting a marking scheme) or any tender, and reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer. |
| 12) | Procedures for Collection of Tender Documents | a) Tenderers should indicate interest by writing an email (info@sss.org.hk) b) SSS would coordinate with the contact person designated by the tenderer for the tender documents collection. Expression of Interest Reply Slip and a Non-disclosure Agreement would be distributed to the tenderer in advance and submitted together with the completed tender documents. c) Documents must be prepared for the collection of Tender Documents: 1. A copy of Business Registration 2. The name card of a Manager/Director grade staff or above 3. The electronic copy of Non-disclosure Agreement with signature of a Manager / Director grade staff or above and company chop |
